Today my agent accessed my home without any notice or a request for permission. Is this permitted?. My son son of 12 yrs was home and denide them entry but they forced their way in. I had no notification of their visit neither was i preapared after being unwell. after searching in my emails I found out my agent had sent me an email on Wed which I didnt obviously see.
