Hi,

We’ve moved into our flat on 17th October 1996 which on Monday 17th October 2016 was exactly 20 years since our move.

My qustions are:

1. Which form/section the landlord must serve us for a rent increase?

2. Can we ask (and who?) for our rent to be register for fair rent?

Please help as any suggestions or answers are very welcome.

Thank you,

Bibi
