I have the issue with tenancy agreement and bathroom  : While viewing agency told me that the bath shower is all working , I have booked rent flat and  signed an agreement and  but when I was about to take passion then actual landlord told me the bath shower has issue and which can damage wall as it is not fully tiled.  I have spoken with the agency they are insisting me to take possession  the flat and take tub bath  which I’m definitely not comfortable. I’ve asked landlord to fix it before I enter. I’ve already deposited advance and 1 month rent and but still paying my existing room rent as I can’t start living in the flat.

What would be my best option in such case, if the landlord will not fix the bathroom which is stopping me from moving into the flat.  Please advice me.
