My landlord has given me 10 days to decide if I want to renew the contract with a 5% increase after 2 months, or vacate after 2 months. rnIs it fair that he has given me just 10 days to decide and sign-up?rn rnWhat are my legal rights? If I sign now, can I back-out of the new lease before it comes into affect after 2 months?

How long have you been in there, and how long before your tenancy is due to end/renew – I would read your original contract it may be written in there
