Since moving into the private rented room, I have had a leak in the room… Landlord came round after I moaned at his worker that nothing is getting done, now on the 20/12/2013 the ceiling fell throu scaring my grandson, and banging me on my head now I have contacted a solicitor in order for damages Andy he landlords are denying they were informed…..what can I do….

Are you saying that the solicitor is refusing to act for your because the landlord denies that you reported the matter? Is the solicitor you contacted a personal injury “no win, no fee” provider?
