Following up an problem I reported to my letting agent last week (1/7) today I was told that they no longer represent the landlord.

When, as the tenant, should I have been told this and who should have informed me?

Agent

Hi Simon- there is no set legislation on this tipic however, ultimately, any and all responsibilities lie with the Landlord. The agents are required, by law, to relase the Landlords contact details to you in this instance upon request if you dont already have them.

Hope that helps
