Hi, we moved to our new place in setptember 2016. After we got the checkout report, we contested it in less than a week because there were a multitude of things wrong.

The agency replied with this “However I can make the amendments to report so I will read through them with the clerk and amend where necessary.  I will send a revised report early next week.”

After that, they never replied again. Are we at fault here? What happens if they never sent the final report and we never agreed?

Have you tried contacting them again ? It’s often the case that you, as a tenant, have to chase everybody around and ask and ask and ask them to do things. 

Just keep trying.
