Hi. I recently moved out of a house after two years of renting. Part of the lease stated I had to maintain the private garden. Within this garden was a small metal bench type thing that plants can climb up the sides. It wasn’t new when I moved in and over the two years rusted away so that the slats now fall off and the thing is pretty useless.

The landlords are demanding I pay £85 for a new one and I’ve told them I will dispute it. I’m not sure what to do?
