MY FRIEND AND I HAVE TO BREAK OUR TENANCY AGREEMENT EARLY AND ALTHOUGH WE HAVE GIVEN THE AGENCY 2 MONTHS NOTICE THEY WONT AGREE TO US LEAVING A MONTH EARLY AS THEY SAY THE LANDLORD IS NOT AGREEABLE. THEY ALSO WONT AGREE TO INSPECT PROPERTY TILL THE FULL TERM OF THE AGREEMENT IS UP WHICH LEAVES US UNABLE TO BE PRESENT WHEN THEY INSPECT THE PROPERTY. SO ALONG WITH HAVING TO PAY AN EXTRA MONTHS RENT WE COULD ALSO LOOSE OUR DEPOSIT OF 6 WEEKS RENT, IS THIS FAIR?

Can you not pay the full rent to the end of the tenancy and then agree for them to do the early check out so you can get your deposit back? Surely thay are not the inflexible?
