have been given notice and will b unable to move and be housed by the coucil until evicted but the landlord has told me I have to clear my daughters bedroom so they can do work in there. There is no work needed in there at all it’s nicely painted and has newish carpets down. Do I have to do this as she then said I will not have access back or at all to the room.

If you are renting the property as a TWO bedroom property, and paying rent for a TWO bedroom property, the landlord cannot suddenly disallow you use of a bedroom on a permanent basis, as long as you are paying rent and the rent is being accepted.  This is breach of contract on the landlord’s part.
