Has anyone ever rented with Granite Lettings in Manchester? I’m just wondering how they are as letting agents, and if anyone’s ever had any problems with them?

Thanks in advance!

Hi Becca

Take go Google and Social Media. There are lots of review sites around so you should be able to find something online.

Ideally any agent should be an ARLA/RICS/NALS member, they should also be with SAFEAgent and are required to be a member of an Ombudsman scheme such as TPOS. Ideally, of course, they should be a Tenants Voice approved agent and you should also look at agents who openly encourage independent reviews and have won Tenant-based awards such as The ESTAS.

Good Luck

I rented through Granite and I found them to be very efficient. They aren’t as big as some of the other agents i’ve used but I see that as a good thing. Most recently, my heater broke on Monday and it was fixed within 48 hours. I would have took my last agent several days to even come back to me!
