My tenancy agreement has a clause for holiday let on which base the landlord wamt to evict me without written notice 

We re 2 weeks in areas which is the base for eviction,

What is the process and do we haae any more rights in this respect

Oh that sounds difficult, did you know that this clause was in there when you signed?  Did you ask what it meant?  I can’t advise on what you should do, but I’d certainly look into it
