If I breached a house share licence, where I was suposed to pay the rent on 1st of each month , but due to bank problems while I was awa on my holiday and paid it on the 12th, is it lawful for the letting agency to remove my belongings form my room without my aproval , evict me  without a notice /court order and rent out the room ?

It is never legal for your letting agency to do any of these things. You’re looking at a severe harassment and illegal eviction case. You have to get a solicitor and take this to court and seek compensation.

Check out our tenant resources page, where you can find low-to-no cost legal advice and representation services.
