Hello,

Does the Section 8 Notice have to show the exact wording of the Form 3 which was released in December 2016? The S8 I have received does not mention “section 97 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Act 2014, and section 41 of the Immigration Act 2016″ or ground 7A and there are various other omissions/differences.

Hello,

Sorry for the late reply.

Since neither here is an actual lawyer and Section 8 is a very serious matter, I suggest you seek further legal advice. On our resources page, we have listed excellent options for low-to-no cost legal advice and help.

Hope it helps – http://www.thetenantsvoice.co.uk/your_home/tenant-resources/
