The bathroom sink in my flat has cracked after something was dropped on it and now the plumbing doesn’t work as if we try to use it, it leaks badly. We have had to shut of the water because of this. We have contacted the landlord and he has said it is not his responsibility and we need to take care of it. Just wondering if it is our responsibility or his??
