Just wondering how many tenants are aware that their Landlord should have arranged for a Legionella Risk Assessment (the bacteria that causes Legionnaire’s disease) on their property?  This has been the law for over a year.

I’d heard about this, I have asked my managing agent to ensure this has been done – I have asked them to provide me with the correct certificates to prove they have conducted this. I would hate to be breaking the law, I consider myself to be a good landlord.  Thankyou for making sure others are aware
