Hi there, I have a quick question, we are planning to move from Norfolk to Swindon in the next 6 weeks, if we move with our current letting agent – as they are a nationwide company, do we have a case for asking to remove the full fees as they should be able to share information?

Has anyone had any experience with this?

Thanks

Chris

Hi Chris

You can ask but letting agents rarely waive fees in my experience even if it would make sense to do so. I don’t think there’s any ‘official’ basis you could use to justify it (did you have something in mind?) – not at the moment at least – so it would be powers of persuasion only. If there are any agents in the TTV community who want to weigh in on this please do!

Alex
