Hello,

I suggest that you take up that review and really stress on the facts around – how the upstairs nuisance is feeding your depression and anxiety and how your mental health deteriorates.

Other than that, I’m not really sure about any solutions. I assume that you’re on benefits and cannot rent a private property easily.

Maybe check ageuk.org – http://www.ageuk.org.uk/  for more information.
