i has a dispute with my agent and want to complain before going to the ombudsman but my agent doesnt have an internal complaints proceedure.mis this legal? what should i do?

If they don’t have an internal complaints procedure, very unprofessional. Are you sure though, are they telling you that in hope you will drop it? What is in your tennacy agreement, it should state there in the small print no doubt about complaints and how they are handled. Also most reputable agents usually have something on their website along with T&C, privacy policy etc… If they really don’t have a process then you must take it elsewhere, ombudsmen or a solicitor to get some free advice. Most usually offer a free 20 minutes. I wish you luck!
