My Wife, Son And I have been living in a privately rented house since Jan 2013.

It is “managed” by a letting agency who we contact directly and they then communicate with the landlord.

We have identified several maintenance issues, some of which were reported when we first moved in that are still on going.

They always seem to pass the buck to us and don’t follow up on repairs etc, instead I have to constantly chase them.

I have emailed and telephoned the manager on several occasion to tell her about my dissatisfaction and how I believe that they are

Not managing the property correctly.

We have lost confidence the agent and would like to be able to communicate this to the landlord, however we have never had

Any contact so have no way to do this apart from going through the agent.

Do we have the right to request/demand an email address for the landlord so we can voice our concerns?
