Basically ive had no heating or hot water since 12 of december so i phoned the coucil n someone came out and said i need parts n gave me a fan heater n since then i have been callin daily waitin for someone to. Come out n they dont n have been phonin and all they say is someone will contact you when they dont and when my support worker got someone to come out they didnt notify me so i wasnt in n then basically said we aint cmin out again n i have two young kids under 5 who are now gettin ill due to it and the contractors wont come out to fix it

I suggest that you get the contacts of someone in the higher management of the local council and set their phone on fire. Sorry, you’re experiencing this problem, but our adivce is limited to getting you to contact the local council. 

In your case, the department that’s supposed to help does and we can’t advise you any further. Make sure to phone everybody you can that is related to the issue. IF you need to, you may contact your local MPs and seek their support.
