Hello – could anyone comment on law or experience with respect to how offer letters and ASTs are treated in disputes and legal consideration for example: If there is a conflict or discrepancy between the offer letter and AST is the offer letter taken into consideration or is the offer letter disgarded or superceeded once there is an AST? Can it the offer letter be in anyway used as supporting evidence?

Thanks in advance. Hooray tenant’s Voice.

The AST is the contarct you signed. It is the legally binding document. It depends of course on what the dispute is about.
