Hi there, we were about to pay hold deposit for a flat that we liked and just before paying the deposit we were told that the property doesn’t have car park. Ad had these words “private off road car park” and we were under the impression it includes car park. What does this mean? if it means car park included then how can we proceed. This was mentioned part of the property description along with other features of the house. Many thanks

Don’t trust an ad. Whatever the wording there, it may be misleading or entirely false.

Also, if there is one thing that’s not correct, there most likely are others as well.

Go see the property before you pay the holding deposit. It’s most likely not refundable, so you might be forced into a property you don’t like just because you paid a lot of money already.
