Hi Christina

What kind of tenancy agreement do you have and where is the wardrobe at the moment? Is it an expensive wardrobe?

If you have proof of possession of the wardrobe (proof of purchase, emails between you and the landlord about it) and it’s in the property you could possibly just take it with you when you go as it’s yours.
