I have a feeling the house we are moving into was burgled a few months ago, you can tell the kitchen window has been repaired and I have advised it needs fixing!

There is a story online about a house in the area being burgled and I think it might be ours.

Should the Agent have advised us?  I guess it doesnt mean it could happen again and it would put people off so can you advice please?

Thank you guys.

Hi Andrew

I’m not a lawyer but, as far as I’m aware, there’s no obligation on the agent to disclose something like this. When it comes to property it’s normally up to the person interested in it to make enquiries. Can you speak to the police and see if they can shed any light on it?

Alex
