Hi Bill

I normally split the accounts between the different tenants so that we all have one to manage and then divide the bills equally when they come in. It’s not normally a good idea to have a landline as this tends to cause issues in terms of working out who made what calls – in the past I’ve just had housemates and we’ve all used our mobiles.
