landlord signed 4/7/11 and I signed as a tenant 15/7/11 for a 5yr lease. When does it end? 3/7/16 or 14/7/16?

Also I have always paid my rent from the 1st of every month, I paid  3 months in advance first  so took me to October before I Had to pay any more rent.

Agent

Cheryl,

It doesnt matter what dates you signed on, the tenancy agreement should clearly state the start and end dates and the framework for notice/termination. Your tenancy agreement should set out everything you need to know about the agreement in clear and plain english. Revert to that and, if you get stuck, seek legal counsel.
