I’ve registered for emails from several estate agents locally but everytime I receive an email and show an interest, no matter how quickly, the house has already gone! It’s frustrating. How can I get in there first?

Hi Joseph,

Whilst you need to tread a fine line not to drive them nuts, if there are 2-3 agents who usually get properties you like then I would call them each morning around 30 mins after they open. By that time they have had their morning meeting, usually know about new instructions and are fully awake. Try and develop a dialogue with one of the negs or reception staff there to get them on your side so your first to know next time!

Good Luck
