Hello,

We have recently moved to a new property, and the agency are only poviding us with one key even if we are two tennants and we have both signed separate contracts. Is this normal? Are they obliges to give a key to each tennant?

Thank you in advance

I’m not sure whether they’re obliged to but it’s certainly normal practice to give each tenant a key. Can you just get another set made?
