I will shortly be moving to a new property and as I sometimes work from home it is crucial I have broadband set up as soon as I arrive. I have very little time between moving and starting work.

So I have been asking the letting agents if there is a sky dish (it’s a block of flats – so communal) but as of yet they have no answered any of my queries.  I need to start the process now.

If the property had access to a sky dish I would go with sky if not it would have to be BT. I know virgin has no service there.

I pay the letting agents a giant admin fee so I would expect they would do something it – just   finding out if there is a sky dish or not?

Hi Sean

I don’t think there is an obligation on the agents to help you but it’s just good service not to leave emails unanswered. I would imagine you could call Sky to see what the arrangements are too if you need the information urgently.
