Hi. I have a rolling contract and I need to give my months notice to move out. My question is my tenancy agreement is from 28th but after the first month I arranged for the rent date to be moved to 2nd after I got my wages. I paid extra that month for the extra days. So dp I give notice from 28th or 2nd? If its 28th then am I entitled to a refund of the extra days until 2nd that I won’t be there?

Just wanted to check before Estate Agent tries to fob me off! Lol.

Thanks.

Hi Tara

I’m not an expert but I think it would be from the date you currently pay your rent.
