If you are not successful with your bids it’s probably because you are not in the top priority bands A or B. People in these two bands will always be given priority over those in C or D. If you are in these bands you must be prepared to wait. However, it is worth remembering that if your circumstances or situation change then you may find you will be elevated to bands A or B. For instance, if you are about to become homeless, or have a baby or your medical condition has deteriorated, then you should let your council know straight away and priority level may be adjusted.
