Beresford's are allowed to treat tenants like dirt and get away with it.
Firstly from turning up to a viewing with the wrong keys and having to rearrange the viewing for the following week (having already delayed the original viewing). And having no movement on fees due to the 100 mile round trip that was wasted.
Secondly they repeatedly email and ask for same information due to staff being on holiday or leaving the company. Don't know how they process documents or if they have a centralised storage location for them. Glad it was only sensitive documents they kept losing like home insurance proof and photocopies of passports etc. And no one has access to anothers emails when they are away to deal with emails.
They have a set of rules for tenants but the agents can do what they like. If tenants give under 24 hours notice of cancelling an inspection then the tenant gets fined. But Beresford's are able to ask if they can do an inspection on the same day?
Rules for us completely different for them.show detailed ratings
